Western Technical College - Integrated Tech Building

The integrated technology center is a $40,000,000 addition remodel/addition onto existing campus. The project consists of a 2 story vertical addition to existing 2 story building, totaling 26,000 square foot per floor. In addition, a complete interior demolition was performed on the existing 2 floors, along with a 13,792 square foot addition to the 1st level. In total the building will consist of 125,204 square feet of renovated and additional space.  Special consideration for the safety of all students was taken, as building was constructed right along side existing campus. This project is LEED  Platinum certified.
